Fedeli's Steak Pasta - Topeka

What Jason T likes about Fedeli's Steak Pasta:
I didn't expect Topeka to be a culinary mecca of any sorts, and coming from Las Vegas, I knew that it might be tough to find a restaurant of similar quality. What Joe I doesn't like about Fedeli's Steak Pasta:
Second time we've tried to eat here. First time they were closed in the middle of the day. Even though two bar attendants were there we couldn't even get a drunk and wait for them to open. Second time we sat at the bar again and was going to have a drink then order food. After looking at skimpy menu we decided to have drink and go elsewhere. We waited 10 min. And never got service.
