We recently ordered takeout from this restaurant while visiting family in the Midlands (known for Balti cuisine), and we absolutely loved it. This was our first time trying food from here, and we have sampled many others in the area. We will definitely order from here again when we are visiting. Ordered a takeaway at 7pm, 2 hours later no sign of food and just got hung up on when asked how long the food would be. When my husband called we were told no idea how long it would be, so we asked for it to be cancelled and refunded. I really like the food from there but delivery is a real issue for them, was happy to wait an hour but when it got closer to 2 and there was still no sign of it, it’s unacceptable. View all feedback.
