The longest you wait is on the weekend. EVERY.....SINGLE.....WEEKEND!!! weekdays are fine. And the bariatas at the Sylvania location remember my drink order on weekdays. To wait 10 plus minutes on the weekend for one iceed coffee is ridiculous!! Weekend worker and still need to make it to work in a timely matter. Maybe more help is needed on weekends!
