The nama-dora (raw dorayaki) at this restaurant is quite different from the traditional dorayaki that Doraemon loves. I found the mochi-like texture of the seasonal mint cho (500 yen) with minty soy milk cream, chocolate chips, and lemon jam to be interesting and refreshing, perfect for summer. However, I personally prefer the original dorayaki (400 yen) with a hot cup of tea and a crispy exterior. View all feedback.
This restaurant offers delicious vegan and gluten-free dorayaki at a reasonable price of 400 yen. It would be even better if they could lower the price slightly to compete with the regular dorayaki prices of 200-300 yen. They could also consider offering discounts for purchasing 2-3 items.
This vegan and gluten-free restaurant checks all the boxes. I confirmed with the staff that all items on the menu are indeed gluten-free. The food is delicious and definitely worth trying.

A few years ago I read about this store in a vegan/vegetarian guide from Tokyo in a small independent bookshop. After looking at them, I found that they had made soy milk and soy cream and no eggs, their dorayaki with honey. I found their Instagram and made them a very positive comment about how excited I was that they did not use milk and eggs, but disappointed at the same time as I did not get to eat a Dorayaki because of honey. I suggest they do something with agaven or maple syrup. Over a year later I found out that they all went vegan!!! I went right there and tried her incredibly delicious strawberry Spiela dorayaki. So happy to finally have a vegan version of this famous Japanese dessert available in Tokyo!
Her nama-dora (raw dorayaki) is very different from a traditional Dorayaki who loves Doraemon, but I enjoyed his mochi-like chewing texture Seasonal Min-cho (500 yen) with minty soy milk cream, chocolate chips and lemon jam costly and would be nice in summer, but I prefer the original (400 yen) hot tea and cold drinks are available inside
