Flies are everywhere including in my drink. Customer service and speed are great, but the health department needs to close this location down until they can get things under control.
Terrible customer service. Tried to charge me $12 for two crispy spicy chicken sandwiches. These are on the value menu at $1.49 each. Managet was very hateful at the drive-thru and said they were $5 each. Dont think she understood what i wanted.
The employees were very pleasant. The fries, on the other hand, were not. They were very over done. Many were dark brown. And I think someone forgot to salt them. The strawberry lemonade was pretty tasty. A bit sweeter than I would like though.
Wendy's was very busy that day, but the employees communicated well and worked hard to keep up. As a result, my husband and I only waited about two minutes, and our food was ready to eat within five minutes. Everything went smoothly and pleasantly. The staff at this Wendy's are polite and attentive, and it seems like they genuinely care about their customers' experiences and the importance of a timely, peaceful meal.
The prices displayed on the menu board do not match the actual charges. For example, I ordered the spicy chicken combo, but the register showed a price 56 cents higher than what was advertised. When I inquired, I was told that the higher price was for the medium size because the system automatically upgrades your order unless you specifically ask for the regular size. However, the menu does not mention this. While 56 cents isn’t a huge amount, this feels like a bait-and-switch tactic.
