Im an active duty vet and this is located in my hometown area that I claim. I visit every few years and the VFW has always made me feel welcomed when I just wanted to be around other soldiers like me or if I'm not comfortable in others bars (PTSD issues). Crazy how your treated by your fellow soldiers if you didn't go over seas. We all fought the same war, some of us were kept back to make sure other's made it home. Just food for thought. View all feedback.
