Called to place an order for delivery and it has never been a problem before to deliver to Merlin. This time, after passing the phone, the manager or owner refused to deliver to my address! We had them deliver here a month ago! Same delivery driver as last year when we also had pizza delivered by naples! That's no way to treat your customers...they just lost loyal customers.
