The rooms are dirty the sheets are bad or not washed, the room smelled cigarette and enclosed, the reception is not suitable for families because no parking. The staff is not at all reactive and when they are told that the smell is irrespirable, they do nothing and apology barely!!!!Prices are high compared to benefits and cleanliness.
