Tacky little place with worn plastic table cloths and a tired atmosphere. Place was almost empty but the disinterested staff waited 10 minutes to abruptly as what I wanted. Ordered a full breakfast, and requested a glass of water instead of tea or coffee. Breakfast was mediocre and lukewarm.
