I have always liked their cheese products made on site. Lately, however, their cheeses are very dry and their quark tastes bitter. I have discontinued to buy their products and feel I am better off buying from the big stores in town. This is a pity, since I'd love to promote local businesses but not if they compromise with quality. View all feedback.
