The customer service was terrible. I arrived at the restaurant a little after 8 pm and felt unwelcome because they were closing at 9. When I ordered a tuna sandwich, the waitress began to scream because the tuna was bad. Even though my sandwich was already in the toaster, I was still served the bad tuna. I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I placed my order online, but when I arrived at the store, the employee refused to make my order and kept prioritizing new customers coming in. I will never return to this place. The food was mediocre, the service was very poor, and the atmosphere was lacking. Overall, I would not recommend this restaurant.
Our experience with the club sandwich we ordered today was extremely disappointing. The sandwich only had two small pieces of meat, and when we requested additional meat, we were informed that it would come at an extra charge. The server had a unpleasant demeanor and was quite rude throughout our meal. Overall, we rated the food 1, service 2, and atmosphere 3 out of 5.
I will never return to this restaurant again. I paid over $30 for 2 wrap meals and ended up getting food poisoning. The service was for dining in during lunchtime and the average price per person was $10-20. The food received a rating of 1.
The food is good, at not a bad price. And the people there are very polite. As long as you use good manners.
Okay, this is really a norm for this subway. It’s not very clean, I’ve had to clean my own table several times while staff was busy talking to each other. Floors are dirty until close when they mop them, and there’s always a mood in the air that says the customers inconveniencing the staff. I included a picture of my wrap which was not over stuffed but the worker wrapped it really lazily and with little effort to make eating it convenient for the costumer.
