I had one of my worst experiences with Wingstop. I ordered delivery and requested corn as a side with light seasoning. While the delivery was prompt and the delivery person was cheerful, the food itself was disappointing. The wings were practically bare, and even the sauces seemed to be applied insufficiently, leaving most of the wings lacking flavor. I would recommend being cautious before ordering delivery from this location.
I’m giving this Wingstop location an extra star because I had a positive experience there previously. However, it's clear that this location closes by midnight. My partner and I went there around 9 PM last night, hoping to grab a bite. We were told to wait an hour because the staff was cleaning the kitchen. It was frustrating to be turned away during regular business hours, especially since we had made a special trip just to eat there. We often go to Buffalo Wild Wings! After this experience, I'm not sure if we'll be coming back to Wingstop.
Before boiled wing our order was cold. I sat and watched that the boil has in the basket while the high school children came and served them wings in 5 minutes. they are not freshly cooked it takes 15 mins to cook. we are regularly here and I am lately complaining. If they like them cold and not fresh, this is the place for them. I am not back.
I waited for an hour at the restaurant for my online order, which was supposed to be ready in 16-21 minutes. Eventually, I had to request a refund and was told it would be processed in 10 days. There were about 20 other people experiencing the same issue. It’s clear they overbooked. I’ve been a customer for years without any problems, but something has changed recently, and I won't be returning.
The taste is amazing ?But the service in this location is awful. This youngster are some of them rude and I have got laughed at my face by one specific (max I think is his name)I am always told that they don't take phone orders, only online. Just today I witnessed how a customer came in when I was waiting for my food and was told they couldn't place an order in person that only online. So I make my orders online now but like the one today and the last 3 I have made I make them then I'm given a time to pick-up and I still end up waiting 10 to 30 minutes after it supposed to be ready.I love the wings and all the foods but maybe they need to be trained betterBrian he is a very nice kid and he has been very politeI will return but I hope things get better soon.
