I won't leave a negative star rating because the customer service was fine enough. From previous experiences, the burgers are pretty good. The Fat Cow however was a complete disappointment, and definitely not worth the 13 dollars I spent for it. I could only finish the first mini sub and that was honestly a struggle to go through.
