2022 update: Staff is super friendly, and kurbside service is great. Quality is still hit and miss, but usually only when its busy. Waiting times can be crazy during the rush hours, but they are usually fast to get you in and out. Most employees are fine, but the overall quality of the service is always met and miss. Waiting times in the car thru are almost always far too long, and inside service is hardly better.
What Michael Jorde doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
Typical McDonald's, however DO NOT use drive-thru lane closest to. the building. The Menu screen is not fully working. You can only see ?1/2 of the Menu. The employee does not even acknowledge that fact.
