Asked for an American. I was asked if I wanted milk in it. I said NO! I asked if they knew how to make an Americano. I had to explain it is espresso, coffee, and topped with water. They said they had never heard of that. I then asked for a double shot of espresso in a medium coffee. Paid for that and left. I would never have gotten service like that at CC's Coffee House.
