This place has gone so downhill from when they first opened. I used to work a froyo place (pink berry) and I know how easy yet annoying it is to replace the yogurt in the machines there and clean them out. I get it. But they have the worst staff no greeting when you walk in and no acknowledgment on your way out. Toppings area is always unkempt and gross looking.
