Awful. I made an appointment. When I arrived at 12 pm with my 9-year old, nobody was there. I called twice. I finally received a call back. I drove one hour to get there. My son, who loves tea time, had not had lunch. He was starving and it was very hot. I waited for an hour just in case. My son was sad and in a bit of a bad mood so we headed to the nearest McDonalds.
