I spend a lot of time at this hotel, mostly for work. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The recent renovations in the building have kept this with a modern look. Called to check on a reservation that was made for me and Kenneth that answered the phone was very rude. He stated to me that as he had said before hotel does not know what type of room you will have until the day of. What type of hotel does that?
