Fuddruckers - The Energy Corridor, Houston

In my humble opinion, a Fudruckers burger is simply the BEST burger in the city. It 's the set up that sets them apart from other burger joints. What jonathan windsor doesn't like about Fuddruckers:
Just had lunch there and was pretty bad. They have signs up apologizing about a supply shortage, but working in the industry i am unsure of what supply shortage there is. They didn't have mayo or katchup out, in their normal form. Just store bought bottles. Half their menu is blacked out. They had some sort of weird cheese sauce in place of their normal cheese sauce.
