As a nurse who works at a Cancer hospital, just a health-conscious person overall, I became very concerned when I saw how the pasta at alonto is prepared.. they put the ingredients together in a PLASTIC bowl and MICROWAVE it!! I've eaten here before and flavor is good, but now knowing how they prepare things, I won't eat here again.. the way they prepare pasta is a sure-fire way if giving cancer to people!
