What Anonym dislikes about Kfc:
they can't get the commands right, always missing something. the chicken is always over boiled to the point of incineration, which completely ruins the taste. we have tried 3 times and will be harassed again View all feedback.

Eating was cold service was cumbersome when she talked to the managerin her attitude stunk the way she was with a personal speech was exaggerated this woman really needs a reality check in some human skills shameful vile woman
They are obviously terribly understaffed and the place should not be open in its current form. I've been twice, and I've both been empty. the first time was the drive thru and there was no one on the order window, so I had to. Today I went in with my son and the wait was out of the door, so I ordered through the touchscreen. When I finished, I pressed the order and it was only 5 minutes suspended (the confirmation from the to expect) and then it just went back to the home screen. To be honest, they don't have to go here, they have to get their act together.
They just cant get the orders right, always something missing. The chicken is always over cooked to the point of burnt which totally ruins the taste. We've tried 3 times now and wont bother again
Ordered throught just eat was told just eat not working and to use deliveroo got charged twice ..refused refund ..tried to pass the buck ..still no refund ..very unhelpfull staff
