My family and I visited Caption Digby for a birthday celebration on a Sunday and had an excellent experience. The service was exceptional with all staff being friendly, patient, and accommodating. They were very attentive to our younger family member who has allergies, ensuring that their needs were met and providing safe options. The bar staff were also great and the food was delicious. We often choose this restaurant for family gatherings because of the fantastic soft play area for the kids to enjoy while we wait. Overall, we have always had positive experiences here. Tracey and her team provided excellent customer service, always greeting us with a smile and being helpful. The food was worth every penny. I highly recommend this restaurant for family events, especially if you have young children. A special thank you to Tracey for rewarding the kids with chocolate after they cleaned up the soft play area. They loved it!
Sam and his team are fantastic. We celebrated a birthday and enjoyed delicious roasts and meals. The service was impeccable and the restaurant is very family-friendly. The kids had a great time playing in the soft play area, and the staff even brought out our birthday cake with sparklers. We love Digby's!
Excellent restaurant. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, showing great care and consideration. The food was exceptional and the atmosphere was pleasant. The portions were large and offered excellent value for money. Convenient parking available. I will definitely be coming back. Well done to all the staff!
We went for a family lunch on Wednesday. The staff are always very obliging and cannot do enough to help. We had a baby with a buggy and a senior with a walker in the party and nothing was too much trouble. Very comfortable with their Covid rules, nicely spaced tables . As always their food is very good. Seafood linguine was excellent.. To be highly recommended
Stopped off on walk from Broadstairs to Margate. Great to have the ordering window to the terrace had a light lunch a pint. Really enjoyed it lovely location, thanks very much.
