We selected The Lodge based upon their impressive Accommodations shown on their website. The other huge factor was the suite we liked and selected was pet friendly so it allowed us to bring our blind puppy dog with us.
Resort was fantastic. Staff was helpful, friendly and professional. The amenities were top notch. The food was outstanding. I recommend the resort to anyone looking for a place to bring a group, family or spouse for a get away good time.
This is truly one of the best restaurants in America—no joke. The steaks are absolutely incredible.
Great venue for a more traditional resort casual dinner. The ambiance was upscale but not pretentious, a little on the noisy side once the restaurant filled up but not uncomfortable. The service was great. The menu is broad enough to offer options forall palates and the wine list was strong as well. All of the menu options we chose were excellent as was the food presentation. If I was visiting Sea Island again Colt Alison would definitely be on our go to restaurant list.
Almost a 2 he wait on a Friday and menu was basic. Nothing spectacular steak burgers and basics. We came for wedding event and although the place is clean and pretty food is not.
