Amazing customer service. They only accept cash...fyi. I had a buffalo chicken sandwich, which was very flavorful, but had the distinct taste of fish? Not sure what that was about... But the ambiance is GREAT! Loved the quaint bar, with exposed brick and old light fixtures. I would go here again, to visit with some locals, and maybe try the signature brickbat burger! This is a fantastic spot for a Wednesday night meal. The steak was cooked to perfection and not overly seasoned. The waitstaff was excellent, attending to all our needs. We really appreciated being able to sit and converse in such a comfortable setting.
Great place. Relatively wide range of cheap beer. They have AWESOME nachos, along with a great steak night.
A great place that I frequent regularly. The staff is pretty friendly and the food is great, with probably the best fries in the area (fresh made every time). I particularly like Wednesday nights when they have a steak and potato special for $12. The 10oz sirloin comes from a local butcher and while not Grade A angus the chef makes up for that. The place is usually packed by 7. The one downside of the place is that the staff and space is limited and it is a bar first, so the more crowded it is the slower the food service. Another downside is that the Brickbat is a cash only place, so be sure you are carrying $20.
Clean, friendly service, and good food. Great local bar with a good crowd. Love the live music in the summers!
I just got back from a family lunch at Brickbat, and it's quickly become a new favorite of ours. The beer garden is lovely, and the Italian beef is fantastic. The buffalo wings are truly delicious as well. If you're in the mood for a solid burger and fries, this is definitely the place to go. It's not overly flashy, but the quality of the bread is impressive. Oh, and did I mention the beer garden? It's definitely worth checking out!
