I used the restroom, and a sign said, "Please do not put toilet paper in the toilet. Place it in the bin!" What are they thinking? It's so disgusting. Is this really a restaurant in a third-world country? The bin was already full. Are we supposed to wipe and throw it in there? The health department really needs to investigate this place and see what goes on.
