Found this gem while passing through Temple on our way back to Houston from Lubbock. Only thing keeping it from 5 stars overall is that they don't do flights. Limited myself to 2 half pours and got some to go. Cruise Control and DH Pilsner were spot on tasty. Food was also better than I anticipated. My hot dog was great and my wife loved her burger.
