if they want to hear a jack of curse words, fight and fight while waiting for them in the through window. that's the point. Overall, friendly interactions of those who go through directly. but unfortunately they were overshadowed by the curse, screaming and bunkers in the background. extremely unprofessional, I'm glad I didn't have my children in the car.
