After a long day of shopping, we still had a few more stops to make at Tempe Marketplace. Since we were quite hungry, we decided to try MOD Pizza for the first time without wasting time on other restaurants. Enh. Mediocre service outweighs good pizza. I?ve never not waited for takeout beyond promised time. I watch as new orders sit for 5-10 minutes before going into oven for no apparent reason other than not managing the orders. Customer service is inconsistent. View all feedback.
