What Anna Suazo doesn't like about Einstein Bros. Bagels:
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The staff was unfriendly and dismissive, and my toasted bagel arrived cold. I also ordered a caramel latte, but they mistakenly gave me a caramel macchiato instead. While these drinks are quite similar, the macchiato was excessively sweet, making it difficult to enjoy. Plus, it's more expensive, so I ended up being overcharged. From now on, I think I'll just stick... View all feedback.

Always good but inflation has caused the bagels to shrink in size.
Extremely rude and none of the workers truly understand English and refused to fix my order.
Hard working students here, and it's not Starbucks. You can get a coffee in a few minutes.
