We have gone here many times and they are always awesome! Their employees are really nice and helpful and the food is so yummy. It's probably my favorite chipotle location!
I felt compelled to write this review because I was disappointed with the side of queso I received; it was only filled halfway, and I paid extra for it. When I worked as a kitchen manager at Chipotle, I was trained to fill the queso sides with two scoops. I'm not sure if the policy has changed or if they simply didn’t have enough to go around. Either way, I wish I had known the portion would be so small before I added it to my pickup order, as I would have skipped it. This Chipotle is conveniently located at Tempe Marketplace, but if you’re looking for higher quality food, I would recommend choosing a different location.
This Chipotle is quite busy, located within Tempe Marketplace. While the line can get lengthy, the wait is usually manageable. The staff is friendly, but they could benefit from having more large tables since many church groups tend to visit after Sunday services.
The worst service I’ve ever experienced. I waited in line for 25 minutes until their system went down—something beyond their control. But then, they started giving everyone their orders for free right in front of me and cut me off, not allowing me to order at all. I wasted my entire lunch break, and when I told the staff I needed to get back to work, the employee simply said, "I don’t know what to tell you." Now I’m going back to work hungry. Thanks a lot!
I placed a pickup order through DoorDash for a chicken burrito bowl and paid extra to add steak. When I received the bowl, it was about 60% empty. I informed the employee, but she claimed I had ordered half chicken and half steak, which was not true. I ordered a chicken bowl and paid extra for steak. Additionally, I got sick after eating the food. This is the second time I've gotten sick from this location. I will never eat here again.
