We chose this restaurant for its proximity to our condo rental in Mountain Village...what a find! From the magnificent views to the delicious food to the excellent service by Javier it was a very memorable evening. We loved the open room with it's ambient lighting and the relaxing music! We are very disappointed in our experience. It was incredibly frustrating, especially with the multiple order mix-ups and the waiter's lack of knowledge of the menu. The manager had to keep coming to our table to correct the mix-up’s. We ordered burgers it took three burgers coming out to finally get one that didn’t have the sauce on it that we had asked for multiple times. How difficult is it to take the correct order for a cheeseburger? It’s disappointing when service doesn't meet expectations, particularly in a beautiful dining environment. The views were the only positive part of the experience until they pulled the blinds down so we couldn’t even see the mountains. Highly recommend coming to take a picture of the view then leaving. The manager did comp a few of our items which we were grateful for. It’s the least they could have done!
The views were amazing, and the food was reasonably priced for Telluride. The service was outstanding as well. I highly recommend making a reservation an hour before sunset!
Excellent experience! Every dish was beautifully prepared, and the chili is absolutely fantastic.
