Was User at Captain Lounge a mag?
It was good. I did enjoyed the atmosphere, but one thing that I complain about is that, due to the large number of customers, the staff can not manage it, and the customer has to wait for a while till the survant come and take the orders. But if we ignore this issue, it was great. View all feedback.
What User dislikes about Captain Lounge:
Breakfast was very oily! We felt sick and could not eat much. It has a beautiful atmosphere, but the staff were not good at all! I do not recommend here due to poor service and high menu prices. View all feedback.
We had pizza but it was not that quality! (Low quality/price ratio) I don’t recommend this place at all
Considering the price,the food wasn't satisfying. The staff were kind of rude and always in rush. Maybe the poor guys were exhausted from being exploited. Anyway, I expected more.
I give two stars because the design is nice if you wanna enjoy the atmosphere. But the food is definitely not good. I don’t know how they so badly messed up a simple dish like fish and chips!
I went there a couple of weeks ago and it was my fourth time I attended that restaurant. This time almost every thing was frustrating. We went to the fourth floor due to pandemic condition cause we want more fresh air. The table was so dirty .I told them I want a well done steak but they gave us an over cooked one ! It was a very bad experience and also it costed a huge amount of money too. desserts was an acceptable end that's why I gave them 2 stars.
