I was disappointed with this Subway location. You might expect them to be consistent, but the lettuce was brown and the cucumber was soggy. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience.

The food at Subway is what you'd expect—nothing fancy, but perfectly acceptable. However, this review will focus more on our recent experience with the staff rather than the food itself. My wife used the Subway app to take advantage of a promotion for three sandwiches for the price of two. Unfortunately, she wasn’t paying close attention and ended up being charged for all three sandwiches. When we visited the Subway location inside Walmart, we spoke with Joey and explained the situation. He was very helpful and processed a refund, informing us that it might take a few days for the amount to reflect in our account. Joey also generously offered us the online deal, even though it was technically supposed to be used through the app. His understanding and kindness were truly refreshing. To top it all off, the refund appeared in my account later that same day.
Got a sandwich tonight and the gentleman who made it 12/4 didn?t seem happy to even be there. He was throwing the ingredients on my sandwich. Also he didn?t double wrap the sandwich and cut it while also cutting the paper so when I opened it everything fellapart. Not to mention drenched the bottom of my sandwich so it was super soggy when trying to eat.
The staff here don’t adhere to their posted hours. They are supposed to be open until 9 PM, as stated on their door, yet they closed at 8 PM during my visit.
