Went at noon. Bathroom was disgusting,the counters,and all the tables were sticky. I waited 30 min for 8 wings,and I was the only customer. Never again. Based on how clean the dining area is,I wouldn't trust this
Let me note that I live 4 minutes away from Wingstop. I ordered a 3 piece tender with fries. The fries were literally freezing with the wrong seasoning on them. this is how much oil was left on my tenders.
The wings were decent. I wish the fries weren't double fry because they don't get crisp. They're kind of on the soggy side, but it was the online order, so can't complain too much.
Picking up a door dash and im watching a customer pick up their order. An associate named Sabrina was incredibly rude to that customer. She literally said, people don 't know what the hell they ordered . The guy was still standing there. And when theyoung lady who was helping me asked when my door dash would be ready, Sabrina said just tell everybody 5 minutes. She is thesole reason I will never eat at or pick up another order from this establishment. Sarah on the otherhand was a REAL SWEETHEART.Very nice young lady. She really tried to keep the commotion down in the dining area bc of how long everybody was waiting. Dobetter.
Food was so cold. The fries were almost hard, like they'd been sitting for awhile. We ordered for pickup at 6:15 and picked it up at 6:15. Also paid for two extra ranch cups and didn't receive them.
