Absolute wickedness! We booked a room and received confirmation by email. After a telephone call, as the process is with the room delivery, we were informed 5 days before the arrival of the holiday that we do not have a room. If we hadn't called, we would've been driving 400 km for free and would've been there without room. No excuse and help ... Thank you for NOT!!! View all feedback.
