It's a shame that such a popular local chain reached such deplorable levels...totally dirty, stinky bathrooms, non-functional soap dishes, super dirty handwash faucet, and the entire stair area, which is where you go up to the bathrooms. toilets with a very bad smell...and just in case there is no access for the disabled...
