Our table of five family members truly enjoyed our dinner at Ulele. The menu is vast with many options. Every dish was serve graciously by our excellent host, Raven. She was fantastic very attentive and responsive. We did have one issue with our food and Raven reported it immediately. Only one vegan entree on the menu plus a salad and an appetizer. My girlfriend and I had all of it and it was all mediocre. Kitchen was slow despite it not being exceptionally busy, the food had very little flavor or texture and felt like a hodgepodge of ingredients doused in oil and cooked to a mush. The Atmosphere and ambience here is perfect. The food is also very good but the highlight was the service.
I love the decor. Very nice looking inside and outside. I was, however, disappointed with my wait time and food. Waited a really long and was not satisfied with the food at all. Maybe I came on a bad day?
Always wanted to go to ulele and finally I went there for my birthday. The experience was very good. All the food options we had was amazing especially baked Oysters were out of the world. I would definitely come here with all my family again.
We had a fantastic dinner with our family from out of town. They were highly impressed with the local cuisine and overall dining experience. The Charbroiled Oysters were outstanding as always! The shrimp and fish were incredibly fresh and perfectly cooked. The in-house brewed beer was very refreshing. And the freshly made ice cream was the perfect ending to our delicious meal. Our server was friendly and very knowledgeable, providing excellent service. We will definitely return to this restaurant!
Overall, the food was very good at this restaurant. We ordered an appetizer and had to wait a long time for it to arrive. When we asked about it, magically our oysters appeared in minutes. They were good for a one-time try. My husband enjoyed the short ribs, while I found the crispy pork shank to be very dry and uneventful. The standout dishes were the green beans and jalapeño cheese muffins, although the muffins were not fresh and hot. Our server was helpful and nice. Since this was our first night in town, I am unsure if I would recommend this restaurant or come back again.
