Good but nothing special. Met a friend here in February 2013 for dinner as I was craving some pho and she had never had pho before. I've been to 2 other Pho Quyen locations before (in Town n Country, and Pinellas Park). The pho at the Fowler location was good but not as good as I've had at the other locations.
