Midtown Moodles Bar has a welcoming atmosphere. The food is prepared to order and served hot, not warm, which I enjoyed. I tried the Pho with Shrimp and is was very good, the dish isn't spicy but comes with peppers on the side. The fried chicken wings are friend to perfection and the Chilli sauce pairs perfectly on the chicken. Everyone was very personable. Overall enjoyed myself, would definitely would go again. Well... the main turn-off was their rendition of peanut sauce. It was straight, thick peanut butter from a jar. All that was missing was a slice of bread to spread it on.
