I was here first, but I'm sure I'll be back. This Greek omelet (I also added sausages) was one of my favorite omelettes all the time, and I would like to eat it again! The domestic frits were soft and tasty cooked and so well seasoned. My husband had a BBQ chicken omelet (no photo of it), and although I didn't prefer it, he loved it. And we cleaned our plates!
