The restaurant in Tagbilaran offers a variety of Filipino dishes and some pastas in a cozy setting. While some reviews mentioned that the food was just okay and the portions were small, others praised the delicious crispy pata and sizzling bulalo. The ambience has potential but improvements are needed in the kitchen and wine list. Although the prices are a bit high and the place is not child-friendly, many diners appreciate the home-cooked taste and unique menu items like watermelon basil juice. Overall, the restaurant provides a nice dining experience with superb food options and good value for money.

What User doesn't like about Gustus Resto:
For our first dinner in Bohol we checked TripAdvisor and this restaurant was close to our hotel and nicely rated. Well it turned out that food was ok but no more, as was the size of the plates. Tilapia was announced as for 2-3 persons but was honestly more for 1 person only. This restaurant fell into our own "so so" category. View all feedback.
They serve good food here. My favorites are the crispy pata and cajun shrimps in a bag
