Visited Papa Doms for dinner. Seated at the outdoor area overlooking Taal Lake. It was quite windy, be sure to bring along a jacket just in case. Bulalo was so tender but a bit too salty for my taste.. sisig and lumpiang shanghai were OK. We dined outside, near the entrance, there were bees hence we were kind of uncomfortable and ate quickly.
