What User doesn't like about Jolka:
Despite calling attention twice, we waited half an hour to get our cards and another half an hour to order, even though we only ordered drinks. The room was almost empty, we sat on the pier, where apart from us there were only three tables occupied. People came and left impatiently as the waiter pretended not to see them.
