Very long waiting time. Over 40 minutes waiting for water and over 60 for food. Then another 30 minutes waiting to be able to pay by card. The food looks beautiful, but the taste of my okonomiyaki was nothing like the ones I know from e.g. Yakiking or other places where I had the opportunity to try them.
