We went here based on the hotel’s recommendation, not thinking the wait would be too bad on a Monday night at 6pm. That was wrong. If you have never been here and are just looking around, you for sure have to make reservations. No big deal, we found something else that night and made a reservation for the next day. I like the atmosphere but if you are looking for a place for quiet conversation and a meal, maybe this isn’t it. I enjoyed the pre-dinner sauce and bread so decided to go with the 50-50 sauce over linguine with meatballs for dinner. The sauce does get a little spicy as you go. But I like a spicy sauce so it was great. I was hoping for a little more texture in the noodle since it is made in house, other than that they were good. My wife had the pesto pasta with chicken added. I think they did a good job with the pesto. Sometimes it can be too rich or too much olive oil or too dry but the consistency and flavor was just right. It did taste like they use a different kind of basil, it wasn’t sweet basil, not saying this is a bad thing just a slightly stronger basil flavor. The service was mediocre. The first night when we said we didn’t have a reservation we got an eye-roll and deep sigh from reception, like how dare we do such a thing. Our server was nice, but everything took a long time. From the initial, “Can I get you something to drink while you look at the menu” to bringing the checks. It just took a while for each interaction. I would recommend this place to others for sure if I lived here. The food is great. Oh almost forgot. The americano coffee was really good. I liked the bean roast and flavor.

Loved everything we ordered. Started with their stretch bread and spicy tomato oil. Then ordered Chicken riggies which was fantastic. Finally, finished with their Cookie butter cake which was delicious. Highly recommended.

2024 (5 :I can’t believe it’s been 6 years since coming here!Food is great, and service is still FANTASTIC.I love that they’re still offering the Spicy Hot Tomato Oil with bread complimentary…it’s delicious!Tried the calamari and it was very good. The chicken Parmesan was a generous portion and very tasty. In my last review I mentioned that the Riggies were very spicy and I had combined it with another sauce to bring down the heat and recommended it with meatballs…well guess what, now they have a “Customer Combinations” section on the menu, and one of the dishes is called “Turn Down Riggies”. It’s basically Riggies Alfredo sauce combined to bring down the heat, and you can have it with chicken or meatballs!!!Not sure if my recommendation helped create this dish, but I love the fact that they have a “Customer Combinations” section. It shows that they listen to their customers. Well done Pastabilities…well done!2018 (4 :Unique dishes, friendly/knowledgeable staff, nice atmosphere. The wait is long, but we were lucky that it was a little chili when we went and we were willing to sit outside, so we got a table fairly quickly in the back courtyard (nice quiet setting .Spicy Hot Tomato Oil EXCELLENT. 1st dish of this sauce is complimentary with bread, and if you'd like more it's $5.Wiki Wiki Chicken Rigies spicy, but very tasty. Wish it was a little less spicy. It's better with meatballs than chicken.Carbonara not very tasty. Mixed it with the leftover wiki wiki sauce and it became a perfect amount of heat.

We got the Burrata as an appetizer and it didn't disappoint. Both my wife and I got chicken riggies in which I got, turn it down with the added Alfredo. If you like Alfredo, def a great twist. Highly recommend and will come back when I'm in Syracuse
