We are regular customers and used to love this place but we just waited 30 minutes for 2 bagels with cream cheese. The staff gave us attitudes saying they were busy because they took a catering order and it’s Father’s Day…. Maybe don’t take a catering order during your peak busy hours in the morning and require an advanced notice for large orders? Maybe make the large orders wait or pickup in an hour with the underst...
