The restaurant gets busy in the mornings on weekdays, with long lines extending out to the road. The best way to avoid waiting is to order through the app and pick up inside. Despite the app often indicating drive-thru only, the staff does allow customers to come inside to collect their orders. I understand trying to keep the drive thru and lobby open simultaneously to maximize profits, but if you don’t have the manpower you don’t have the manpower. Came in with a party of 5, 1 got a cold drink when ordering a hot one, 1 didn’t get their whole order, and it took them 20 minutes and me showing them the receipt for me to get my black coffee and wrap. Not sure why they give a chance to go and order when they are closed in the lobby all the time on the app. that is quite inconvenient for people who actually want and must be on the leap. the drive is always extremely slow. I have no time to wait 15-20 minutes for an order. if we can't get in, they don't leave this as an option. also I don't see the problem just going and picking up on the go orders. they just command the way they come. even if I'm able to go, they never have the donuts just the drink, so I wait at the end to the attention of someone then too. this dunkin didn't run very well at all. the only plus is most employees are polite.
They went in to find workers who were literally sitting and then they asked me what I was for. my job was out of the device and no one worked on it. the girl with red curls was obviously high as the hell. really not impressed.
Men who believe they can easily converse with women, beware. The service at this restaurant is subpar and the staff need to improve their mannerisms. Additionally, the food here is consistently overcooked. It is not recommended to dine here unless you enjoy burnt dishes and poor service.
The people were friendly, but the service was not fast. they were wrapped and busy and that is understandable. but it is a bad place where the girl with the window could not hear me about the loudspeaker because of the traffic. I was excited because I was there on Donut day, but my cappuccino was super strong.
They can't seem to get drinks right. They even got the donut order wrong. 1 plain and 1 chocolate glazed turned out to be 1 blueberry and 1 chocolate frosted. At least the sandwiches turned out correct. It seems like this was everyone's first day at work (or ever seeing a donut)
