While I was waiting in line, I watched the manager, Ana Hernandez help an elderly deaf woman by communicating to her with sign language, and the woman couldn’t have been more delighted. I was seriously touched, watching this. I’ve held a dim view of the world lately, and this made me question that. View all feedback.
