Sea Bay is one of my top go-to dumpling venues in Sydney.Their dumplings are delicious. All of them.Don’t go without trying their pepper pork either. It’s to die for. What Julia Murray doesn't like about Sea Bay:
Small hole-in-the-wall place in CBD on Pitt St. near Hyde Park. Went around 8pm for late dinner (they close @ 10pm). The restaurant allows you to bring your own alcohol which explains its popularity w/ large groups of office workers/friends that go to drink and for the cheap eats.
