A visit to Embers for a quick lunch brought a mixed experience. The grilled cheese sandwich was delicious but skimped on cheese, while the special and brisket arrived after an hour and a half, disappointing in taste and temperature. The BBQ sauces were lacking, and reheated wings and cold ribs left diners unsatisfied. On the flip side, perfectly cooked entrees and great service redeemed the restaurant for some, making it a favorite spot to enjoy a good meal and relax. Despite some drawbacks, Embers Southern BBQ offers decent food at reasonable prices in a lively setting.

Four adults. We all ordered different items. Food was done to perfection. Entrees 5.00 on Sunday night, bottle beer and mixed drinks were 2.75. Wings 5.00 always. My steak was done exactly as I asked for which doesn't happen too often. The entertainment for the evening was awesome. This is now my favorite place to eat and relax.
